The location of this inn and hostel is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who make you feel welcome. The house is very clean and tidy, with well-laid out and nicely furnished rooms. The bathroom is huge, and some rooms even have a luxurious claw foot tub. Additionally, there is a variety of good hot teas available for guests to enjoy.

The front yard of the property could use a little TLC.

During my two-night stay, I found the hostel cozy and spacious, which was perfect during a storm. The staff was super helpful in finding transportation to the Rockies, and the hostel's ideal location made it easy to explore the town and reservoir with the free bike provided. The sense of community among guests was amazing, allowing me to meet like-minded, environmentally conscious individuals. The house's decoration details, such as yoga mats and sound machines, added a special touch. this was my favorite place to stay in the area.

I couldn't extend my stay due to the hostel being fully booked.

Immaculate, lovely house. Super nice and unobtrusive staff. Spacious private bathroom. Complimentary cookies baked for guests. Great outdoor area with gas fire. Free bikes for exploring. Short distance to CSU's campus. Free and reliable WiFi

Could not be improved in any way.

We had an amazing stay at this charming and friendly hostel. The converted large house had unique rooms that we absolutely loved. The cleanliness and maintenance of the house showed the host's care and hard work. The fully furnished kitchen and two large refrigerators were a bonus, and the lovely lounge areas and pleasant garden grounds were perfect for relaxation. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was only a 10-minute walk from nice downtown shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

    Nothing it was perfect.

I recently stayed at Fernweh Inn in Fort Collins for 3 nights. The staff, especially Tyrus, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The house itself is beautifully decorated with thoughtful details, such as yoga mats, sound machines, and even costumes! The community atmosphere was ideal for solo travelers wanting to meet like-minded people. The location was perfect for exploring the Rockies without a car, with convenient access to public transport and a free bike for exploring the town and reservoir. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The staff at this place were incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself was beautifully decorated, with a cozy and creative vibe that added to the overall experience. We especially loved the outdoor area with the gas fire pit, where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine. Another great perk was the free bike rentals, which allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions and restaurants.

One minor issue we encountered was the lack of a stand next to the chair in our room. It would have been convenient to have a place to put our drinks while sitting, instead of having to balance them on the radiator.

I gotta say, the value for the money at Fernweh Inn was unbeatable! The room was cozy and comfortable, with a luxurious claw foot tub in the huge bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown and the brewery district. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. a warm and wonderful experience!

The breakfast option could've been better, but that's really my only minor complaint.

This hidden gem near a university offers a cozy atmosphere with a full kitchen to cook your own meals, and even freshly baked bread in the mornings. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and there's a quiet environment that sets it apart from typical hostels. Plus, it's conveniently located near CSU, making it a great base for exploring the area.

One downside was the lack of a stand next to the chair in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient to place a glass or cup while sitting.
